Let's go to a new choreography:)

Last week was time training free, and we have the same time used the time to new proposals for new dance songs to discover:) We met this time at the home of Antonia and Steffi:) But before we were creative, it was first a delicious dinner, cooked us what Steffi:) After we were "perfectly round" it proceeded to gather new ideas too:) Because the charts were scoured from top to bottom to find something beautiful, what was not so simple. The huge selection introduced us to the next question: How many minutes we want to dance and how many titles it should be? :) But then came the biggest question: What fits for a great costume this? :) Questions, questions .... but finally we agreed on a small exotic mixture. :) Now it's just snip Musi and then a new choreographer to do so. One I can ever tell, I have some choreography in my head. :) If I then tell today evening my girls, they will surely shake your head in amazement:)
So it's now happening again and also in the semester, we will train hard. : Learn) For all the time, learn and learn again, is not healthy:)

little time ... Currently, working on a new project. This time there will be no solo, I work with a prominent author - the name is not revealed -. She is in the low carb world an "old" Rabbit and has already written many books on nutrition and its effects. The last week before our show one of the most exciting of all, because it had to be practiced so much, but unfortunately we did not have the time. Therefore, I have the Tuesday training my girls pretty stressed out and I think I would have liked in places torn off his head. :) But a bit of positive stress does wonders for immediately snapped a new step combinations that had to be added quickly:)

The show drew closer, and all were again pretty antsy. Since then quickly last issues were resolved. How do I turn right? How do I keep the Mambo arms? What should I do to pose? :) But above all, a big question, how come our dance this time is? Will the audience be so excited again, like in November? :)

On Friday it was then too far. Not only I'm really looking forward to this day. :) For at last it was said that Daba has a show, and we can present our beautiful dance

Ihr beiden werdet uns sehr fehlen. Wir werden eure lieben Worte, eure einfallsreichen Ideen und liebe Art fehlen. Es ist so schön euch zu kennen, denn wir haben nicht nur getanzt, sondern sind auch Freundinnen geworden. Das freut mich am Meisten, denn nur so habe ich mir das DaBa vorgestellt. :)

Wir wünschen euch beide für die Zukunft alles erdenklich Gute und bitte vergesst uns nicht. :) Ihr könnt immer gerne mal beim Training vorbeischauen. Wir würden uns riesig drüber freuen. :)

"check up" with the doctor - Incompetent medical practice Bremen-Findorff drove my blood pressure into the air

I'm pissed ..., yesterday, at the Reception of a large group practice in Bremen-Findorff the nurse told me that I had an appointment for today. I answered one of their team has informed me by telephone in December 2010 that said the date remains, but the patient's doctor on the day of the office would be, so I could take someone else's preference and at the same time would change from 18:00 clock to 17:00 clock. I gave her the blood collection and "check-up appointment" at that time confirmed.

The nurse looked again at her computer and after the result, however, remained the same: I had, according to PC, no date!

However, I noted that I made two days before a blood and urine sample, in order to "check up" and thyroid levels. She looked at me blankly and pointed me in the waiting room to sit down.

I initially waited half an hour, in an almost empty waiting room and was then called to take in one of the many surgeries in turn place. Went back half an hour - now I waited a solid hour , despite my appointment - even if he was not in the PC. In the meantime, I asked myself whether I still had to wait longer and got the answer. "You do not have a deadline and would have to expect delays," I said to her again: "I can not help it that I am not in their PC scheduler that was not my fault. "

When the doctor now finally entered the room, I was pretty "loaded" and told her that I would give up the "Check-up Programme" and instead want to talk with her about my blood and urine tests. She noticed that I was very angry and felt that my reaction definitely affected. I told her about my long wait and I would have said no date.

She started to talk about my values, I tried to keep a long day, how to read a urine test ... I stopped her presentation. Finally, I was only interested in the outcome and not how it works. I asked them to me my general blood and thyroid values reported.

Now comes the big bang: The current thyroid values were not available, that it was not check in the blood, although was in the blood I was assured by the nurse a thyroid control of the blood is.

In my medical record is documented that a malfunctioning thyroid medication adjusted and I am since my childhood.

I have thanked me for the long waiting period and for the non-existing thyroid, shaking his head and walked out of practice.

Note: My former lovable and competent practitioner, accompanied me for over 20 years. He has given up his own practice in order to slow down and therefore has moved in this large group practice. However, he was unfortunately in 2009 his well-deserved retirement and I stayed ever since with his colleague inside.

Addendum: thyroid values were later fluttered into practice. However, I had made a new amount of blood from another doctor and got the result communicated quickly.

Since my conversion to low carb, have my thyroid levels improved.

Hach - I'm so excited while I go this time not on stage. But the last 4 years I have not just been sitting in the audience. The last Carnival in November, I've seen nothing from the program (well except for the magnificent Frank as a shy school girl)

And tomorrow I'll see it all: embracing the movie, about the program. to our Mäba, but most especially, and all importantly, the Daba ... I dared not schlunzen before Christmas and since I am now very curious to see how the girls will have this time in the limelight. As they dance, what they wear and how they can shine on both ears.

But there are a downer. We will probably leave two of our members. So check out exactly ... likely you see them so soon again.

now only remains for me one more thing. I wish my girls loved cats and dogs and for the dress rehearsal for the concert itself

After six weeks of enforced break, I was finally back to the gym, but with "weight restrictions." During strength training I have to watch out now that I do not charge too much weight, or my right arm again makes limp - I had probably sustained a tendon inflammation - thanks to anti-inflammatory ointment, as far as everything, I hope, again ok. And doctor's visit for me was so passe .-

However, today I had to bleed just a little, my annual "check up" program was due to a general practitioner. Outcome is still pending!

-Have no reason for concern, even live to Low Carb principle .- :-)
